Clean, accurate wiring for all electrical components, including transformers (4160V, 850VDC, 600V, 480V, 240V, 120V, etc.), ensuring dependable power and system reliability.

We energize panels, test functionality, and troubleshoot issues using advanced diagnostic tools to guarantee performance before deployment. We log amperage, resilience phase to phase and to ground, we also test stepper motors prior to startup.

Complete field wiring of machinery, including robot controllers, sensors, and remote devices, ensuring seamless system communication. We also make sure that the wiring is safe from the environment you are placing it in. We do not use plastic fittings in sub zero location. We also do not use CGB’s in lacerated locations. We know what to use and where use it. 

Installation of cable trays, wire baskets, and conduit systems — routing Ethernet and power cabling for maximum efficiency and clean layout. No wires hanging and just zip tied up out of the way. We make sure it is properly secured and look professional.
